🕒 Ordering & Delivery Policy

• Next-Day Orders:
  Orders for next-day delivery must be placed by 1:00 PM EST the day before.
  Deliveries are available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

• Holiday Catering:
  We kindly request 72 hours’ notice for all holiday catering orders, cancellations, or revisions.  Please note that due to high demand, we require a 3-hour delivery window for all holiday deliveries.

• Cancellations & Refunds:
  We’re unable to offer refunds for last-minute cancellations, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
